Delivery is carried out by courier companies Speedy and Econt. The ordered products are sent in thermal packaging to a Speedy or Econt office. It is your obligation to pick up the shipment as early as possible, preferably before 10 am, and place the products in the refrigerator.

- Delivery to a Speedy office for orders up to 99 leva - 5 leva fixed price,

- Deliveries to an Econt office for orders up to 99 leva - 8 leva fixed price.

- Deliveries to Econt and Speedy offices for orders over 100 leva - free of charge

Free delivery to a personal address is not possible.

Deliveries to an address are made only with Econt, with an option for delivery by 10 am at a cost of 18 leva.

If a shipment containing products in poor condition is received (leaked, turned over or otherwise), we are not responsible. In such cases, please contact Econt or Speedy and request a claim. We also ask that you contact us and let us know what happened so that we can assist you if possible.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the day of the order.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PREPARED IMMEDIATELY AFTER AN ORDER IS MADE.

In the event that any of the products is not available due to a lack of raw materials, the merchant will promptly contact the customer to offer him one of the following alternatives:

- cancellation of the order or removal of the product from the order that cannot be delivered;

- replacement of the missing product with another.
